Factory Model (ITAP ACN Master) Overview

Accenture would like to create a shared service pool of users who are responsible for review, triage, and action of items travelling through their shared service, across multiple Accenture client accounts (”Factory Model” - the account name is ITAP ACN Master). The Shared Service users (Factory users), should have the ability to access multiple customer accounts within which they have been granted permission and drill into those accounts when attention is required. Factory users should be able to:

• Review, triage, and action tasks in queues

• Switch between Customer accounts or Branches for those which Accenture users have access to perform the following activities the Factory users have been setup with appropriate permissions to Action:

○ Process invoices through the full invoice workflows including:

○ Sending invoices for Non-Po approval

○ Managing exceptions within the Workflow
